I recently installed some html code on our KSCL Blog to track the number of users, how they get there, and where they’re from. It’s been two days, but the information is highly informative. So, I wanted to share before I doze off tonight:

A day at Ark La Tex Cardiology

So, just went to ark la tex cardiology on kings to get an update. I’m apparently not improving, but there are still options.

Going into the cardiologist as a 20 year old is quite odd. Practically no one my age has heart problems, so the majority of the patients I see there are over 50. I’m usually reading Plato or comics, which are for two classes. I imagine that they look at me with wondering eyes. “Why is a boy here, fuck my chest hurts.” or “Jesus, he’s just a kid, maybe I should tell him about not drinking.”

I don’t know what they’re thinking, but I sure can put things into my head about it. It’s rather interesting to watch. Anyway, that’s all. I’m pooped.

Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet arse!
I just completed what I wanted to do. I’ve been trying to get KSCL’s blog and my own personal blog (which I just created) to drag into one RSS feed so that Facebook (being limited and yet boundless at the same time) could import the sons of bitches. Well, using FeedBlendr I’ve succeeded. It drags two (or more) feeds into one. I had thought that I could use the Google Blog search to work out the kinks, but it’s advanced search just isn’t advanced enough.

I went to the ER on Wednesday because my heart was trying to explode in my chest, but it all has turned out fine. I’m just dreadfully tired because of my fast/random heartbeat and these blood pressure meds. My blood pressure is now low. After specialists, 5 EKGs, a Chest Xray, 5 samples of my blood, and a 24-hour EKG monitor with wires on my body I feel like I’ve been nicely poked and prodded. All things are good though, so no worries.

I just read Allyson Eddy’s post about her Centenary Clue gameboard and found it pretty entertaining. It led me to Tommy Welch’s old cartoons about the killer slugs and I looked through and found this one. Meagan and I had a good laugh. The strip could be a good thing to comment on in my Graphic Novel Class. That class (& GVC) is/are the shit! I never imagined that comics and graphic novels are something that adults and non-fanboys might be interested in. A true art. The class should ask us to draw out our own strips and ideas and keep a journal. Hey, I could be taking neuroscience!
